Fix 1: Create a new account
The biggest reason your why codes not working is because you're trying to claim a new user discount on an account that's already ordered before. The fix is simple: create a new SHEIN account with an email or phone number you've never used on SHEIN.

Pro tip: Using a phone number to sign up is the strongest method to prove you're a new user. SHEIN verifies new accounts by number more reliably than by email.
If you don't have a spare number, use a laptop instead of your phone. SHEIN can sometimes detect you're an existing user through your device. Switching to a laptop or a different phone breaks that link.
Fix 1.1: Search the code. Do not type it at checkout

Fix 2: SHEIN discounts have capped amounts
Many people dont know that shein discount codes come with capped amounts. Every code has a maximum/min value - if you don't reach the minimum spend, or your order goes well over the cap, the discount no longer applies.

NB: Make sure your cart stays within the discounts capped amount range. You can check the amount when you claim the code, its usually written in fine print. OR you can find it at the bottom of your cart (where the total is).

The last mistake people make is thinking the discount lasts forever after they've found it. All SHEIN discounts are active for 24 hours from the moment you search for the code. After that, the discount disappears and you'll need to re-apply.

Share your cart from your old account
In your cart, tap the 3 dots in the top right corner. Select Share. Choose WhatsApp and send the link to yourself.
Create your new account
Sign up with a phone number or email you haven't used on SHEIN before.
Transfer your cart and checkout
On your new account, search for the code FIRST, then open the WhatsApp link. all your cart items will reload. voila :)
